Well I am back. And feeling better! Finally. That was a long 3 weeks I tell ya! I wound up back in the ER at one point and was put on some heavy duty antibiotics. The recovery from this surgery was worse than any one of my c-sections! Thank goodness I have parents that I can call at 6am and ask if they will drive an hour to watch the kids so DH can take me to emerg.
Anyway all back to normal now!
Had a good Easter. In-laws came into town. Had the Easter Egg hunt at my parents. As you can imagine the kids love this!
Have been painting (well DH has) the house. Just a few touch-ups to do. And then major cleaning and back on the market it goes.
Had snow here last night. Resulted in an icy mess this morning. I hate snow. I hate ice more.
Going out on a date with DH on Sunday for my birthday. Have a sitter lined up. Can't wait. Unsure where to go though, but I know that I want seafood!
Will be going back to WW tomorrow. First time since surgery. Should be interesting. Since all I wanted to eat when I was sick was ice cream!
