Got a message yesterday that my surgery needs to be re-scheduled. Called the office back at 3:52pm (they are open to 4pm). And they were closed. Of course. Called back this morning and am re-scheduled for end of March. Asked about office hours and was told that she had an appointment and had left early. Hence no one answering the phone. Now what sucks about this is:
1) My Mom had taken time off work(she is a nurse) and cannot get those shifts back
2) Now she need to take more time off work
3) No guarantee that it won't be re-scheduled again
4) I was all mentally prepared
5) I really want this dealt with!!!!
Aaaarrrggghhhhh!!!(banging head on desk). Well I guess the good thing is that it is before my birthday.
p.s. I have been wating for this surgery since June 2009
